For the ‘pay as you go’ service, we charge based on the amount of unique emails in the lists presented for payment at that time. You can upload multiple lists into a batch for a single payment. We do not sell credits, so once a batch is submitted and paid for then you would have to pay again for another subsequent batch.

Yes, we can verify these domains in our batch service. For best results on these domains, we recommend our API service..
On average a list containing up to 50,000 emails will take approximately 8 hours to complete. At weekends, it may take over 24 hours to process a list.
Yes, you can upload a file containing multiple columns of data. Our system will pick out the email address field automatically and preserve the rest of your data.
Whilst this is possible, it is likely to result in a higher proportion of “Unknowns”. We recommend that files should not contain more than 49% of any single domain.
There are millions of active domains used for email purposes, so naturally it is impossible to provide a meaningful list of domains that cannot be verified. That said, we can verify the most common consumer ISPs such as Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, Comcast, Yandex, Orange, Voila etc. However, it’s important to note that with batch verification, some ISPs limit the number of emails that can be verified in one go, and where this happens we will return a result of “Unknown”. This should only affect a small minority of emails in your list..
