Yes, our API can verify most common consumer ISPs such as Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, Comcast etc.
Our coverage of Yahoo is far more accurate than anything our competitors can achieve.

We also cover many international domains such as Yandex, Orange, Voila etc.

What are typical response times?

Typical queries are answered between 0.2 to 2.5 seconds.

Do you have a jQuery version?

Yes, we do. Our jQuery version is recommended for use in web forms to improve the user experience. Please refer to the documentation for jQuery (ACL) version.

Do I get a dashboard to view API stats?

Yes, we provide you with a login area to view stats on usage, plus charts showing the breakdown of your usage by status (valid, invalid etc.) and additional status values..

Do you have error correction handling?

Yes, we have an optional “correct” parameter which allows you to correct syntax errors entered by the user.
We also have a “suggest” feature if we see a suspected user typo, e.g.if fred@hotmail.cm was entered, we would suggest fred@hotmail.com as an alternative.

What format are responses returned as?

Responses are returned as JSON.

Is there a minimum subscription period for the API?

The minimum API subscription period is 3 months. Thereafter you are free to cancel any time as long as you pay for the full month in which you cancel. E.g. if you cancel on the 1st of the month you will still need to pay for the whole of that month. However, if you cancel on say the 31 October then you do not pay for November.

How much does the API cost?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is usually made by credit/debit card or PayPal on recurring monthly subscription. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer on presentation of an invoice but only for an annual subscription (not monthly).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your billing plan via your dashboard account, or simply contact us.
